On the morning of May 22nd, a delegation of entrepreneurs from the Zhejiang Business Alumni Association of Action Education visited Zhejiang Head International Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Head International). Through visiting enterprises, focusing on the topic of "talent leads talent", and conducting discussions and exchanges, we aim to explore talent development together!！

Breaking the ice before entering the lift meeting

At the beginning of the private board meeting, accompanied by the executive team of Head International, alumni from Zhejiang Business School visited the office area of Head International headquarters and visited the business center in person. They highly praised Head International's office environment, management mode, and service quality.。

Starting with a self introduction, share your respective industries and showcase your achievements. Focusing on the problem, through the "high_quality, high_intensity, high_energy" intelligent team dialogue, progressing layer by layer, breaking through the surface, sorting out the blind spots in business management, and jointly finding solutions to the problem.

Discussion and Exchange: Ning Ju Zhi Yuan

At the beginning of the meeting, Cheng Kechao, Chairman of Head International, extended his sincerest welcome to the Zhejiang Business alumni present. Then, we shared with the entrepreneurs how to achieve fission from 0 to 1 and from 100 to 10000 from five aspects: business model, operational capability, Head Business School, team building, and digital construction.。

Subsequently, Liang Wen, Director of Head International Business School, shared the Head International High Potential Talent Training Program and Management Trainee Program. Improving the enterprise curriculum system, promoting mentorship programs, and giving sufficient attention and training to talents have created a virtuous cycle of personnel development.。

After listening to the sharing of Chairman Cheng Kechao and Director Liang Wen, Professor Xiong Qiming adopted a meticulous analytical approach to provide theoretical and methodological support for alumni to solve problems, allowing entrepreneurs to enter a "field" that focuses on problems, speaks freely, and constructively inspires.。
